Commercial Terms Governing All Trade Transactions
These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationship between BuilderMaterials.in (the 'Platform' and 'Seller') and all trade buyers ('Purchaser' or 'Buyer') who engage with our platform for the purpose of sourcing, ordering, or purchasing construction materials and related products. These terms apply to all transactions conducted through BuilderMaterials.in unless superseded by a separate written agreement explicitly signed by authorised representatives of both parties. Submitting an order or purchase inquiry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Information We Collect

This includes your company name, registered business address, GSTIN and other tax identifiers, names and contact details of authorised representatives, email addresses, phone numbers, project site addresses, billing and shipping details, order histories and material specifications, contractual documentation, and payment records. For export clients, we additionally collect import-export code (IEC) numbers, destination country details, and international banking information required for cross-border transaction documentation.
We also collect operational data generated through our interactions with you — including inquiry logs, quotation records, shipment tracking data, quality inspection reports, and communication histories. This data is maintained for the purpose of order fulfilment, dispute resolution, quality management, and audit support. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for legitimate business operations.

2. How We Use Your Information
Information collected by BuilderMaterials.in is used exclusively for legitimate business purposes including processing and fulfilling purchase orders and inquiries, generating commercial invoices and export documentation, coordinating shipment logistics, maintaining account records for repeat buyers, communicating order status updates, resolving claims and disputes, and conducting internal analysis to improve our product catalogue, procurement efficiency, and service quality.

BuilderMaterials.in shares partner data only with third parties that are essential for fulfilling your orders and managing our operations. 5. Partner Rights and Data Requests
As a business partner of BuilderMaterials.in, you retain the right to request access to information we hold about your business, to request correction of any inaccurate or outdated records, to restrict certain data processing activities, or to request deletion of your data where legally permissible. Deletion requests are evaluated in the context of mandatory legal retention requirements such as GST records and export documentation.
